Dipl.-Phys. Caspar v. Eichel-Streiber has been a patent attorney since 2003 as well as an accredited representative before the European Patent Office. He is also an accredited representative for trademarks and designs before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante.
After studying physics in Göttingen and Aachen, Caspar v. Eichel-Streiber worked for AIXTRON AG in Aachen for two years as a process engineer. Subsequently, he completed his practical training as a patent attorney at a law firm in Düsseldorf. Once accredited, he joined Raffay & Fleck, where he has been a partner since 2004.
His main fields of expertise, in addition to trademark and design law, include the fields of physics, electro-engineering, electrical power engineering, renewable energies, machinery and plant construction, process technology, medical technology, civil engineering and material technology. He is also very interested in cyber law and unfair competition law.
