WIPANO – Govermental Aid for patent applications, utility models, trademarks and design applications

Technology funding program “WIPANO – Wissens- und Technologietransfer durch Patente und Normen” by Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK)  is well known for funding patent and utility model applications.Rather unknow, costs for trademark applications and design applications are also eligible for funding (in the second module)

Overall, WIPANO funding “Patentierung – Unternehmen” can cover up to 16,000.00 EUR and thus effectively support the protection of intellectual property

The program by  Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK), administrated by Projektträger Jülich (ptj), supported many of our clients financing costs of patent applications and other intellectual protective rights.

Therefore, we have gained great experience with the current WIPANO program, as well as the previous WIPANO programs.

The current program is set up with the current funding guidelines until the end of October 2027.
